It’s the end of December, which means it’s time to count down our top five bags of 2021!
Every year, we love counting down the styles that everyone loved the most. This bunch includes a few of our all-time classics. Italian leather reigned supreme this year. You loved two Florentine favorites and an Alto showstopper. Pebble was a big part of your 2021, too.
Without further ado, here are the five bags you loved the most this year.
#5: Florentine Cameron Satchel
This bag is stunning. My favorite part is the leather interior–a real mood booster.Harri from Chicago
Take one look at this elegant handbag and you can instantly see that it’s tailored to perfection. This is an Italian Vacchetta leather satchel with a removable, adjustable crossbody strap. Contrast stitching pulls together its structured body, rolled leather top handles, and the two zippers with half-braided pulls.
For work, you can carry the Cameron by the rolled top handles. For a day out, you can wear it by the crossbody strap. It’s incredibly versatile and easy to dress up.

#4: Pebble Grain Crossbody
This is the BEST crossbody bag I’ve ever owned. The size is perfect for me. I love to take it on trips and shopping because it’s so convenient. My mom loves hers just as much!RZ from Charlotte
No one’s surprised that this top-rated crossbody made its way onto our top five.
It’s a lightweight crossbody bag that’s easy to throw over your shoulder before setting out for a busy day. It’s made from pebble leather and finished with neat Vacchetta leather re-enforcement around the corners. Whoever carries this basically wears two bags in one. Not only can you wear this like the crossbody it is, but you can convert its three-piece strap to shoulder bag length.

#3: Alto Camilla
I love how versatile this bag is, as it can go from the office, to happy hour, to the kids soccer games, and everything else in between. It’s my “go-to” bag.MzHoover from Missouri
Here’s a bag that’s worth the splurge.
Like the rest of the Alto Collection, this minimalist shoulder bag is made in Italy with Italian leather. The details are sophisticated in their simplicity. Rather than a signature logo patch, our embossed logo sits neatly towards the bottom of the bag.
The Camilla is an investment. A bag you can wear no matter the season or occasion. It elevates your everyday look and puts the finishing touch on an already-polished ensemble.

#2: Pebble Grain Small Lexington Shopper
It’s just a perfect size, with great compartments. It’s very easy to find everything in the bag, and I love the pocket on the front. Now I have a third color.Joanne from Connecticut
This list wouldn’t be complete without an everyday tote that does it all.
It doesn’t get more essential than the Small Lexington. Not too big, not too small. The size of this tote is just right for everyday life. It’s got a sleek front pocket that can fit something slim, like your phone. And the bag offers plenty of security, thanks to its zipper closure.

#1: Florentine Large Satchel
I have owned many designer bags, but this one is by far, my very favorite. From the classic look, to the gorgeous hardware, and so many luxurious color options… well if you know, you know.MJ from Tennessee
This has been your favorite bag for as long as we can remember.
And for good reason. In fact, for so many good reasons that we don’t know where to begin. But we’ll start with the leather. This satchel is made from Italian Vacchetta leather that grows softer and develops a patina with age. Over time, the leather breaks in to look and feel like a vintage bag.
The interior is surprisingly roomy, which makes this bag great for commuting or traveling. It’s secured by a zipper on top, and adorned with charming tassels backed by green micro suede. And best of all, you can carry this bag by the rolled leather top handles, or by its crossbody strap.

Honorable Mention: The Tartan Penny Crossbody
The Tartan Collection has been around for a while. Most years, it makes a reliable reappearance during the holiday season. That black, blue and red plaid, flecked with thin gold and and white lines, has a festive feel. It’s synonymous with holiday parties and winter activities.
But not this year. With the steady resurgence of ’90s trends–the ripped, acid wash denim, the silky crop tops, the bike shorts and baggy tops–Tartan is more relevant than ever. This crossbody especially. It has a neat silhouette: a domed top line, a structured bottom, and a compact shape. It’s perfect with your loose-fit jeans and oversized corduroy shirt jackets.
